We offer multiple options for signing the contract with us. Primarily, we utilize Docusign, where we will send the contract via email for electronic signing. Once all parties on the title have completed their signatures, we will promptly receive the completed contract. Secondly, we can send you a PDF of the contract that you can print, sign, and scan back to us. Alternatively, we can arrange an in-person meeting in Tampa, Florida, where we are based, to sign the contract face-to-face. Lastly, if you prefer, we can mail the contract to you for signing and return. We prioritize your comfort and accommodate the signing method that suits you best as the seller.

After the contract has been signed by both parties involved, we will immediately send the signed agreement to our local title company. Upon title receiving the signed agreement, we will open escrow and send the EMD (Earnest Money Deposit).

We will put 30 days on the contract; however, we typically can close in a matter of days or weeks. Once the inspection period is complete we deposit the money to escrow and get the properties closed as soon as possible.
